What is FINEST?

FINEST is the ranking, magazine and private club of Spain's high gastronomy. An independent ranking, updated every week, of the tables that set the reference — published with the rhythm and the standards of an editorial masthead.

Not a static guide, not a reservation platform. A live index: scores rise and fall, moves are explained, and behind every number there is a story.

How does the score work?

Each restaurant receives a score from 0 to 100 calculated from three layers: specialist critics (60%), public ratings (25%) and FINEST Club members (15%). Sources are traceable, weights are public. See full methodology

Who is behind it?

FINEST is directed by Manuel Jiménez, with an independent editorial committee of gastronomy critics and a methodology committee that ensures no restaurant pays for its position or to appear in the index. See masthead and methodology
