About the restaurant
It was clear that Gofio’s cuisine needed a change of scenery and a larger space in which to give full rein to the cuisine of the Canary Islands, and at first glance it seems to have worked!The new premises, located in a street parallel to the ever-busy and bustling Gran Vía, is laid out on two floors with a private space at street level and the main dining room in the basement, in the style of a modern bistro with an open kitchen.
