An unusual tapas bar with a strong focus on fish and seafood that replicates the philosophy of its older sibling (Cañabota). Here, the dishes are somewhat simpler but based around the same principles and ingredients of the very highest quality. Slightly ironically, they also state that they adapt not just to the seasons but also to the luck of fishermen when out to sea!
