Moral occupies an old mansion that skilfully combines the building’s cutting-edge design with its original structure and floor. The key tenets here are a constant desire to improve alongside plenty of enthusiasm from the young chefs (Icíar and Juan Carlos) at the helm. They are now following their own dream having previously worked in leading restaurants (Icíar Pérez, for example, was the chef at Poemas by Hermanos Padrón).
