This centrally located restaurant opposite the church of San Lorenzo, in an attractive venue that catches the eye with its towering arch and exposed brick walls, gastronomy is viewed as its own language and each of its dishes as a sentence ('frase' in Spanish) that tells a story which, where possible, is connected to personal memories and local history.
