This bright, fresh and elegant gastronomic jewel, which takes its name from Audrey Hepburn, the legendary star of the film “Breakfast at Tiffany’s”, is the fiefdom of chef Rafa Soler. Here, he conjures up highly developed and creative cuisine both in terms of technique and presentation, but which retains a strong connection with the soil, the past and seasonal ingredients.
