This, the more informal of the Roca brothers’ restaurants, located in Girona’s busy old town, is where you will find artisanal cuisine with the famous chefs’ seal of quality, with its roots in the land and top-quality products. The menu here is centred on traditional Catalan recipes, including delicious stews. You will also encounter elements of fusion and emblematic dishes such as whisky tart with egg yolk ice cream, and a complete tasting menu, which should be booked in advance.
