About FINEST
FINEST is the ranking, magazine and private club of Spain's high gastronomy. Each week it publishes a record of the tables that set the reference, signed by a panel of accredited critics, with methodology open to public inspection.
FINEST is financially and editorially independent. No restaurant, PR agency, or advertiser influences our rankings. We pay for our own visits.
Rankings are recalculated weekly and published every Monday at 09:00 CET. Score movements, movers, and market analysis are published in the Weekly Report.
