In a small village in Llanes, a traditional family business has evolved with the times; the old ‘chigre’ (tavern) that one day was founded by the grandparents of the chef, Ricardo González Sotres, is seen today with two distinct areas: the informal Le Bistró, which maintains the rustic charm and offers a menu of traditional tastes, and El Retiro, a much more gastronomic space for us to discover its tasting menu.
